My understanding is you don't have to permanently live in a home that's FHA financed. 

I sold my house in Gillette so I don't have a permanent dwelling.

If you have no Credit and no permanent JOB and don't want a Background Check, you rent a Trailer.

Seems like an excellent way around FHA and the permanent mortgage insurance.
