HubSpot offers a free CRM, however if you want to add more modules (for Sales and Marketing), it can quickly get expensive.

Something that will work in one market will not work well in another market due to maybe oversaturation, consumers, and anything else you can name.  

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!
