How Can Private Lenders Ensure Flexibility While Protecting Their Interests?

We have 1 bedroom, bath, kitchen, living, and walkout private entrance.

I’m currently working on 58 unit BTR development project and seeking one or two private debt investors to help fund it.

I looked over the entire lease and the written notice of intent to move requirement was not underlined or bold either by the way.

@Bryan Mitchell - I haven't heard many out right complaints about the service or noticed many errors in their past returns. 

Do you notice commonalities about them?

We found private money from our network to close it and find end buyer who flipped it.

If I get "X amount" saved up to go in with the help of a private lender, how much would they lend me to obtain the property?
