Being a RE Broker is not quite as hard as you have a MUCH larger playing field than wholesale.. but it takes time to develop your contacts and momentum.. but if you can get about 5 years in it  becomes much easier and if your still in it in 10 years your really doing well if your full time and take care of business.PS at least in my days it was well known that you should have about a years worth of income saved up to pay your bills when you start in RE.
