Hi everyone! My name is Dominique Green. I am a college student in Hammond, Louisiana looking to learn, grow, and succeed in real estate investing. I want to start out with wholesaling and looking for a mentor! Feel free to reach out with any advice, stories of your own motivating success, or life rafts of knowledge.

Welcome Dominique.  I agree with all the advice given above but especially wanted to second Benjamin's recommendation on joining a real estate investment group in your area.  However, don't just go to 1 or 2 meetings.  Find 1 or more groups then commit to attending every meeting you can possibly make.  It may take a few months before you notice it helping, but over time you will develop relationships that will help you build momentum in your real estate investing journey.  Many will attend 1 or 2 meetings and not go again.  If others see you show up month after month, they will know you are serious about succeeding in real estate investing.

Good Luck!
