The person I left was good at QBO and an expert at it -  her business focus changed middle of 2018 as she had growing pains - I kept telling her to hire someone to help her - she did but then she wanted to focus on business coaching and something about profit first and forget her main gig which was a mistake and why I left and I'm sure others did as I know she has had a mass migration of clients leave the past few months - when service goes off the rails I'm not sticking around.
