@Alba Cheung if this attorney doesn't complete the eviction look at the dockets and see what attorneys commonly handle evictions in you area.

I took the Airbnb bookings and now I'm around 80/20 Airbnb/VRBO.Based on a recent bad experience that I had with Airbnb (it's a separate thread out here), I called VRBO and asked them how I can get more booking requests from VRBO. 

In my opinion, it's at the far end of the un-sexy-but-profitable scale.

I would send them a bill now, not 30 days from now, outlining the charges, even if they are just estimates.

I know the larger companies around here were charging up to 25% but it will probably vary no matter where you are at.  

I’d honestly look for a trailer reseller or someone with their own land. 

I just moved to Tyler and bought my first real estate property here and I just wanted to meet other likeminded investors in the area!

The only issue I've had is a small period where the laundry pods would always be empty at turnover. 

I am looking for advice from people who have done this in the past.
