@Basit Siddiqi was kind enough to let me know I had an error in my Payment Received journal entry and that my debits and credits don't equal. 

ill say this.....it took me 14 months to get my first wholesale deal......and everyone was in my ear saying "youre not doing something right..." etc........but in that 14 months it was a self development thing for me......i began to read books.....i didnt read a book for leisure until i was 31...........i developed an early morning routine.....i developed discipline.....now im probably the most disciplined person that i know......I get up everyday at 430 am....i meditate....i pray....i have an affirmation journal and a gratitude journal......i fast for 48 hours weekly.....i take cold showers.....i work out.....i do yoga.....etc.......i say all that to say this......its all a mindset thing......keep pushing!!!

I'm very interested in building reports somewhat similar to this for myself with areas of interest in the future, perhaps to be used as a journal of some kind where I write my own thoughts about the data I find and what I think about it, or if I don't quite understand it, what someone else's interpretation is.

I don't do the journal entries, just simple accounting, so I'm not totally sure it's a fit, but they have a free trial.

@Bob Malecki most all of us use the Daily Journal / Daily Commerce to publish foreclosure notices.  

I plan on making a post in the wholesaling forum that can be kind of a journal of my experiences with mailing.

OK have you filed a complaint with the AG in Indiana and the department of real estate.. have you put docs together and sent them to the investigative reporters at the big paper and the Business Journal  ???
