Do they have any unknown "perks" you may not want to continue?

Is building a new property for a house hack potentially a good idea if our goal is to continue to scale/grow our capital or should we just stick to looking at existing properties that need work and pull our money out post-renovation?

Section 8 can be a very smart play, but it's not great for first-time investors who are not planning (and have the resources) to continue the play to understand and perfect the obligations and to ensure the best renters.

Equally important are looking in areas where the municipalities have ALREADY approved of them and provide benefits to the continued development of them.

And a lot of this is fueled by the money they saw others make when rates are low, and the thought that inflation will continue and they will never be able to own a house.
