Hi All,I am updating a unit in the next few weeks and I am painting the walls gray with white trim, and I have these light brown metal electric heater covers that I want to paint white also, is there a special paint I need for these?

Some goals do need to be black and white while others will be gray.

Too many gray areas.And maybe ask if it matters whether you put the vacation rental under a corporation as opposed to having it under your name. 

If you absolutely can't do anything but paint the stone, maybe a matte gray would help.

This has been weighing on me and stressing me out more than I'd like for it to the past few months and because dealing with the HOA is such a huge gray area, I haven't been able to find anything to help me feel strongly about any of my options.Any input would be GREATLY appreciated.  

Pump the brakes, do some reading, come up with a plan, and then seek coaching.There are a number of "gray hairs" (meaning experienced) people telling you what to do in this thread and it seems like you are ignoring the advice.  

I invest mainly in grays ferry but may consider a good deal elsewhere.

@Don Konipol Yes, there is some major gray areas on where he legally stands.

I know this is a very sensitive topic and a business that is in a very gray area.
