Newbie from Boston, Massachusetts

Hello BP,

This is my first post and I am happy to be here! =) 

My name is Kevin and I am looking to purchase my first property somewhere in MA, hopefully, closer to the city. I believe I am a buy and hold style investor since I am currently working full-time in Cambridge. I have been thinking of a triplex or quadruplex would be a good first purchase, but there are not many choices close to the city. 

I have listened to 20 BP podcasts, read the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, and attended couple local events. I am excited to connect and learn from everyone here!
