Is it more cost effective to repair cracks and apply stucco/paint or to place sheet rock over it?

Purchase price: $400,000 Cash invested: $50,000 Creative dreams realty is going to Totally renovating this house outside were doing landscaping , siding ,gutters and pressure washing inside were doing new plumbing , electric , sheet rock , doors , molding , 2 full baths , kitchen and basement .

When Castle Rock first started, I quickly realized that the realtors that we were using simply slapped our listing on the MLS, put a lock box on the house, and showed up at the closing to collect their check.

We have a 6-unit & had the 20yr old $1/wash/dry machines that were rock solid.

I was wondering if there was any real estate investors in the Charlotte NC, Rock Hill SC area.

You claim no debt on the portfolio, and since there is probably no feasible way to earn that 1.8MM net in your day job, you would have had to be procuring properties for dirt cheap, putting almost nothing into them, and having them appraise at that 150k value.Not calling b.s. on this, just saying that the numbers are suspect, unless you're able to source 10+ deals at rock-bottom prices and put almost nothing into them in renovation costs.

I've hauled 2+ million lbs of rock to prevent erosion on my 3/4 mile lake shore to save the land..and have had enough stupid Govt interference and permits to last 3 lifetimes.
