It's more important than geographic proximity imho.

This can differ significantly from one geographical area to another and sometimes the difference is block by block so make sure to check with your agent for that local knowledge.

For package deals, I've seen agents list the homes individually and mention the sale of the homes are part of a package and are not being sold individually and then list the other MLS #'s in the property description.

Intrastate, or domestic, commerce is trade that occurs solely within the geographic borders of one state.
