I absolutely get what you're trying to say, and a few on this forum will unfortunately die before they see the fruits of their labor, but a great, GREAT, GREAT majority will live to enjoy the rewards of their current financial/social sacrifices.

An effective marketing machine requires more than just having a desk top printer and a list, just as it takes more than a wrench and an owner's manual to tune up a car.Hope that helps!

I have laundry hookups and could easily add laundry .. but I have to pay the water bill so I’m not about to do anything that adds to that especially after doing the math on coin laundry and the cost of the machines  unless your in a b class neighborhood I wouldn’t waste my time or money .

Managing billions of dollars Real estate has been good to me of course its all I know but there are so many other things we can do for a living that are fruitful.. to me dealing with tenants for the rest of my life would be next to being in Prison..
