Beginner looking for agent recommendations in the Tucson area.

Above all, patience; not a lot of low hanging fruit at the moment.

If our second year is as fruitful as the first we should be cutting that new road in the 3rd or 4th year.

I've done some extensive research but have found the answers to those three questions unclear for the obvious reasons that there's a lot of advertising regarding those questions, or in terms of Q#3, it's not profitable for agents for people to know how to buy a home without an agent, which I understand. 

Is that fee only permitted for Agents or Brokers?  

Fruit orchards, river, downtown Main Street, yeah... very scenic.

You have to have passion for agency, not just real estate, to be a successful agent.  

There is a site on BP for agents in certain areas that members can access if they re looking for a Professional Realtor.  

The journey as an investor has been fruitful, but with all good things comes it’s challenges such as obstacles with tenants, the respective city laws,co-ownership nd etc.

I look for agents who are investors themselves, and therefore know the rental market I'm in and how much I can expect for rents, ARVs and other important investor metrics.
