Remote/wireless print capability & I like the legal size capability.We have 6 of them in our offices, several over 5 yrs old & still going strong.

I have a 4 leg approach (one extra to these) and that's a general marketing/negotiating capability.

After fighting with a big national bank on a couple mortgages, I stumbled across a local/ regional bank that has been great to work with.

Most of us in Ontario are trying to get down south and fighting the obstacles there.

My take, is trust me with 2 hours of your time, then use your own adult decision making capabilities to decide if I can help take your investing to the next level.  

We are about to put a historic 1919 home renovation flip on the market next month, and we want the house to show especially well in order to highlight the type of renovation work our company is capable of (and to get top market price on the house) For a complete staging on a 1,500 sq ft house I've been quoted $1,500.

Skill set - flipping is a different skill set than finding the deal and not one you want to or feel capable of venturing into.This space is really interesting to me.

I wouldn't buy another rental to fund fighting this situation.
