I would like for us to have a more interconnected network in which we can piece together players, that can harvest mutually beneficial arrangements. 

However a player who deals in the $1M to $10M space would not even call you back.

After a few weeks you will become very familiar with the major players in those areas. 

hi, im jeff, i am interested in multifamily dwellings in the atl or pgh market. i am fairly new to investing and am currently enrolled in a coaching program during which  i have been able to meet many people in the business and have garnered quite a few relationships with some seasoned players. i am looking to learn  all i can so that i can help those people and communities that want to improve their situations as well as make a profit . 

Affinity is a big player here in the north county area.

I believe my RE agent provides great value to my deals with market/area/comp insight, a read on other agents and sellers, updates on what's happening in the market & market players, connections to the "aggressive" bankers & appraisers and a second set of eyes on the deal.  

I know there are a few big players out there like b2r and colony.

The market is filled with wholesalers who have much more money than me blasting signs and dominating the web as well.

We've had good luck w/ PNC and they are definitely one of the biggest players in town - maybe the single biggest player.Check their webpage on the small business side.
