Anybody heard of or used Affinity Property Group as a property manager? Doing some homework. Would appreciate any feedback from the BP Community!

I believe they are the primary managers for the turnkey provider AREI.

Affinity is a big player here in the north county area. They are part of a hedge fund. I believe First Key is part of that group as well. They typically buy properties, fix them up and keep them as rentals in their own portfolio. I do not know how they manage (I thought they only managed their own)
