Unless it's some sort of stop and shop/convenience store where those workers can quickly grab a bite or some snacks for their shift. 

Personally, I don't like to put my money into something I can't control - yes the stock market has been great, even during COVID, but I would rather put my money into something I can manage (even if not 100% due to moratoriums and zoning risks) versus a stock that I have no control over and is basically a legalized form of gambling. 

If you invest leaning towards appreciation that’s more like gambling in my books.

Anticipation is gambling and hoping for a market correction.

Currently the biggest problem is a single convenient store in the multi-use building at the center of the area that brings in 90% of the riffraff (overall building conditions are good through-out the area).

(Larger house, private beach, family friendly) or diversify in “type” and maybe do the opposite....maybe aim for the couple travelers instead and get a smaller place in a hyper convenient location (right by downtown, restaurants, etc)Any thoughts appreciated!
