We got 7 offers, $59,600 over asking and a waived home inspection.What that says to me is that Quincy Center will remain hyper-hot - and I'd keep an eye on other parts of Quincy, Braintree and Weymouth as they might be a little more affordable than Quincy Center.Just like super high prices in Boston have progressively pushed buyers out in concentric circles, I suspect the same thing will happen there.
