@Tyler Hayes   It is less likely that the way "property ownership is managed" will change because of blockchain technology than bitcoin will be banned in the United States.People who are real experts in anti-spoofing technology say changing from the current system of recording deeds would be as wise as changing your laptops communication encryption to an enigma machine emulator. 

Here is the bottom line: Many Montana cities whose economy relies on tourism have regulated and/or banned new STR's.

Now that Syracuse has a ban on refusing section 8/PA; the rental market is a lot more challenging.

This guy just doesn't give up - gets banned and just keeps coming back under different names.

Also include WIPES,, what can not be flushed.A local city has banned flushing of wipes due to huge sewer blockage..

The home was a 3 bed, 2.5 bath @ 1800 sf that was in desperate need of updating in a very hot market with a lot of surrounding tear down/new construction homes that were recently banned due to historic preservationists and the community. 

That being said the state legislature has already stated it would overrule any decision to ban airbnb's In Nashville so everything is up in the air and nobody knows what will happen.
