you will burn bridges fast. very fast.what you can do is make offers with an inspection contingency. this way you can say you found major issues you were not aware of. at times though, they'd need an inspection report from the inspector.

Mold is not always a bad thing, I've bought investment properties with mold in them and that was before I worked in the industry, but many will lead you to believe you need to burn the house down then bulldoze it to get rid of everything and that just isn't the case, but it does need to be dealt with carefully and correctly.
