Not sure how the drug charges come in to play here.

Seriously, we just had a background check come back for 10 felony charges that included drugs, guns, theft.

(This should have been updated via the specials tax each owner is paying)Have thought if you could get the electric company to install separate meters for each floor that would probably alleviate alot of the tension there.I know this is a lengthy post - commercial is something that has always caught my eye and I've had great interest in.

That should help alleviate some of the buyers (and their attorney's) concerns.  

Maybe try calling the police , based on drugs and disturbing the peace . 

When I looked at the initial purchase, even over looking the fact that these are not appreciated at half what it was purchases as, I thought this person has "got" to be on drugs.
