Multi-level marketing depends on your underlings to make you money via "residual income".

Property management is a significant residual income for the turnkey.Results from any code inspections.

You may need a Base coat for adhesion or cover-up, then the top coat... etc etc etc.

The only downside of CyperWP is that is leaves a white film when it dries which will be seen on dark floors but can be wiped up easily.The CyperWP supposedly has a 3 month residual effect; the NyGuard 7 months.Other customers also speak highly of the liquid product Suspend sold on that site.I've never used DE but it's also sold on that site.Good luck!
