Although my measly 500 posts is peanuts compared to some posters, I see new users that have posted 10 times that have a 'Top Subjects' badge, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me...I have a feeling the BiggerPockets Broncos fans are smiting me because of my Kansas City Chiefs fandom...😜 

Could just be a bias because I don't live in that area but I see clients wanting to move North towards Bountiful, Farmington, Layton, and Syracuse because you can get a better lot with a newer home in these areas comparatively to established areas in SLC.

I investing the Eastside of Syracuse.

I'm not familiar with Syracuse, but here in the North Atlanta suburbs, I know the buying pool for houses not in a neighborhood or development is smaller.

But I was also having drinks within the last week with a congressional chief of staff who himself was having a hard time with predicting the consequences of the bill. 

I am looking for a quality house inspector in the Syracuse area (Liverpool)? 

I like in upstate/central NY (east of Syracuse), and I am considering investing in real estate, particularly flipping.
