Hello all,

New member just joined.  I like in upstate/central NY (east of Syracuse), and I am considering investing in real estate, particularly flipping.

Back in 2005 I bought a re-posesed house for 40K and completely rehabbed it while living there for 7 years  (original plan was 5, but I ended up getting married and starting a familiy which slowed things down).  Sold it for 100K and used to proceeds to get our current home.

I would like to get into flipping since I think it would be a good way to make some extra cash, but I need to get my head around how to finance doing this since I do not want to sell our current home.
