Changes in soil moisture alone results in nothing good. 

I think price is directly related to the distance from a major port where they come in.In the past, I’ve leased small tracts of commercial land I owned to rock, soil and sod retailers.  

Do add soil to the side of the home to redirect runoff?

HiI am planning to buy a residential lot, which is dumped with rocks and dirt for upto 8 feet.Now the lot is equal to road level.will the soil support a ranch home?
