I think the easiest fix would be a window mounted A/C unit but in the long-term maybe a mini split would be a better option.

I'll post a picture of the window.I'm also looking for kitchen cabinets, the type that are mounted on the wall, and also the lower cabinets, specifically framed, semi-stock MDF cabinets with a wood veneer (J Scott anyone?).

you want to know these things- high ceiling it's a drop, regular type ceiling it is flush or small drop), some sort of pendant light for the breakfast area, flat flush mount light for the kitchen area (not the over the sink light), new 6 panel doors unless you are going retro in which case it is usually better to stay flat doors, etc...

We’re now having to get people in to fix the crap that they did including tearing into walls to solder plumbing they didn’t solder, cutting out shower valves to re-set them as they weren’t in right, re-mount all of the kitchen cabinets and more.

Anyone know what the rental market is like in Lumberton/Mount Holly area for 3 bed, 2 bath homes and townhomes? 

When you say Mount Hope, are you referring to the Camp Street neighborhood?

I'm looking to get one of these wall mounted mailboxes, you know, the fancy looking kind that you see in larger complexes or at condos.I've found them online and for a 6 unit, they are decently priced at around 180 bucks.
