I have renovated all apartments within last ten years so keep in mind I have all new electric, boilers, plumbing, bathrooms, kitchens.

The key idea here is that I am a full-time employee, and do not have time.All I would need (as far as contractors) for the project that I have in mind is a screw-pile contractor.
