Yes if I only get $850 a month I still will make money, "assuming they don't destroy stuff which Im sure they will" school district are best in the state and neighborhood is very very good.She does work and make $1800 a month but from what the HUD representative told me is that shes on a special program "like section 8" to improve her lifestyle.

At the end of the day, you're basically doing a lifestyles unlimited thing except without the additional online programs aren't you?

I'm fascinated in using real estate- particularly buy and hold/ rentals (although interested in all types of investment options) as a way to create passive income to be less dependent on seasonal work to sustain my adventuresome lifestyle.  

Ask yourself that is it the type that suits your lifestyle?

Having the cash would be nice but it would be easy to become routine to the lifestyle with the extra money, and when it's gone you crave the lifestyle that you never could afford to begin with.If you would use it to buy another rental... then maybe.

Mom and dad aren't going to help pay for you to live a lifestyle they will not approve of.  

Its a shame because its a great life style.
