Yes if I only get $850 a month I still will make money, "assuming they don't destroy stuff which Im sure they will" school district are best in the state and neighborhood is very very good.She does work and make $1800 a month but from what the HUD representative told me is that shes on a special program "like section 8" to improve her lifestyle.

Having the cash would be nice but it would be easy to become routine to the lifestyle with the extra money, and when it's gone you crave the lifestyle that you never could afford to begin with.If you would use it to buy another rental... then maybe.
