In my hometown of Amarillo, Interstate 40 runs right through the middle of the city. 

Building is booming, new housing is being developed and other businesses are locating in the area to take advantage of east-west and north south interstate system that is one day from 50% of the country. 

Interstate 65 north & south of the city is an appreciation play.

I do not like the location if you want to get people from Bella Vista, Bentonville Rogers, Lowell maybe even Springdale to go there it needs to be closer to the interstate and easier to find...that's just my opinion. 

I don't know the market, but I often see new construction still with hurricane shutters and vacant up and down the interstate.

Abq is roughly divided into four quadrants by two interstates, 25 and 40.

The larger interstate fraud piece, that's obviously more complicated, seems like that could be a RICO case the FBI would be interested in, get them for wire fraud at least possibly a host of other crimes.
