@Grant Smith I have been traveling to Dallas very frequently for the past 10 years. 

Being a property manager here in CT, I have noticed that the 1 bedroom units that we manage tend to turn over more frequently than units with more bedrooms.

If you would be a betting man I would say there is no exhaust fan in your bathroom.

From ceilings fans, dishwashers, HVAC units, electrical outlets, and basically everything under the roof, I highly recommend it.I hope this was helpful,@Charles Kennedy

I went to a meetup recently where the presenter, lets call him guru, was talking about how he has a team in place in Detroit and flys out there frequently to make sure everyone is doing their job.  

I'm not a fan of long land contracts, but some people love them.

We tell new people all the time to try to hook-up with more experienced folks, and learn from them, and so it's strange to me to hear that frequent posters would also lack the common business courtesy of a response, even if just to say no thanks.

Got hung up at work :(.Our tenant agreed to (and will start paying) an increase in rent next month of $800, with no changes to the property beyond adding 3 ceiling fans (a reasonable request). 

I'm not a big fan of playing games ...

One of the frequent money cases that people share with me is one spouse wants to invest to get out of the rat race but the other spouse is unwilling to do so because their family grew up with little money.
