the wife speak OK English some words she doesn't understand her husband does not spear it to well, I was wonder how to get through the language barrier, they are desperate form what the wife puts off, and obthink the realtor will prevent them from getting it sold this way unless they saold to someone that doesn't know to question things

The owner is a Hispanic contractor who has put on many additions to his house and I believe he speaks English, but the other members I think just speak Spanish and hence won't open the door.

@Jonathan R McLaughlin: i definitely agree on the importance of a strong lease but we tend to use more of a legal language in the leases and I think that a "rule book" or "handbook" that uses more of a plain English would help tenants to understand some of mechanics of a house and how it may potentially affect them - you are right, they should care more if they see how it may affect their quality of life.

. :) you can go luxury or go hostel and everything in between... one thing though the locals while understanding English don't speak it that well and Thai seems pretty tough to learn.. compared to Spanish when I am in Mexico I can muster Spanish OK..
