That sounds odd but they allegedly have a sweet taste so kids will eat them, eventually leading to lead poisoning.Even if your home has lead paint, it was probably from 40+ years ago and has probably been removed and/or covered multiple times.

Unless your location is amazing (around cameron park, lake waco, woodway park etc) i would not expect much from the appreciation.My comment regarding city inspections was more focused on the cost of bringing a home to full passing grade vs livable.

In his resignation, thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj for giving the responsibility of the State Minister of State in her resignation, she said that she will personally face trial in the court for the allegations raised above her.

Her allegation seems to be that I only have the grounds to evict the actual tenant who failed to pay his half of September, October and November.   

lets say I just declare my lawsuit as a Res Ipsa Loquiter lawsuit and don't allege a particular person did the wrong at this point.
