Two Sec 8 applicants on same open house day - Bad vibes with one
- Can you legally decline someone housing based on their attitude and disagreements during walkthroughs?
- I had really good vibe with an older section 8 applicant, who I felt like was going to be my best fit tenant
- Have you ever declined someone housing based off of the following, personality, Attitude, outlook.. etc?
- What do I do in this situation? Both are qualified but one seems to be a BETTER FIT AS FAR AS TENANT-Landlord relationship will go!

If you do not like an applicant, regardless of the reason, you should never accept them. Choose only a tenant you want, all others are rejected.
Attitude is a major red flag. Ignore it at your own peril.
