I'm thinking of putting up a mail box for payment. 

I am looking to having the tenant in the other unit of my live in duplex make a payment to me via mail box.

Outside the box, I really can't get enough and I wanted to reach out to the community to see what people found impactful and inspiring to ones self development.Look forward to some great suggestions!

Maybe I’m looking right past it but is there no “search” box to search keywords in the forums?

I was just trying to think outside the box as someone who wants to retire in 15-17 years and would love to have the security of a fixed rate loan that would presumably be paid off when I retire.

House is in need of the following capex items soon....Roof/Gutters/Insulation and Third Electrical curcuit box (Common area).If I used a Heloc to fund the capex items it would take 4 yrs of investing all cash flow into paying of the Heloc.

I told my daughter there is one word she should be concentrating on and that is :LISTINGS  LISTINGS = MONEY    representing buyers pretty tough.. but she does have 3 in pending where her buyers were successful but i had to pull out our big tool box to give her all the tricks we have used over the years to get in first position.and just glad i bought 18 months ago..
