Ethynol is cheaper than gas, but the cost savings vs the efficiency compared to gasoline (worse gas mileage from ethynol) supposedly makes the savings come out to a wash.

As for brick houses, they certainly can be cheaper when it comes to renovations since in many cases, all you have to do is pressure wash and fix a few boards or siding pieces on the soffit and facia.With all that said, you probably want to find a contractor or two or three that are willing to look at some potential flips and give you some prices as well as some guidelines on estimating the renovation costs on other houses.

If your CapEx is comparable between the two, and if all of the other extra expenses are a wash, I'd say it comes down to personal preference.

It was the seller who did the math and realised that selling retail would get him more money, but it was he who proposed the questions that we sell at the prices settled-on if we could find a cash buyer in this range.I in fact did discourage him from this idea at first as the DOM in this market would have been pretty short ( 60 days or less).
