One of my goals this quarter is to post on REI forums and connect with other investors to network and learn more.

Heating costs go up in winter, as does electricity due to the reduced natural light and more people indoors.

Its not hard to start , its getting to the finish line is the difficult part . 

I would say ads are better than cold calling as its inbound vs outbound marketing and most people do not like to be called.

Now, I’m transitioning everything to full property management.For this to work, you need a solid team—leasing agents, maintenance, and a reliable contractor or handyman.

Cozy was "good enough" for awhile but the lack of a mobile app and multiple tenants having issues setting up payments, etc caused me to look elsewhere.  

Keeping it friendly and low intensity is more likely to be successful.I recently offered to completely replace my neighbor's fence next to my rental and they said "No".

My post above might seem harsh but I'm really just trying to give the hint that if this poster is a real person (and not AI), then they need to stop with these posts and be more human if their goal is to attract clients.

It connects to Horizon occasionally and will catch itself up from the last time it connected.

I don't see a reason to remove the new supports in the crawl space in the future and based on your picture, I don't think you would need to remove them to put in new floors.
