Stessa Issue with Connected Accounts
This is messy, but try to bear with me:
I have two Stessa Accounts: one for my personal properties(account "S1") and another for properties held in a partnership (account "S2").
I have two separate bank accounts (account "B1" and "B2") at the same institution.
I have the same property manager ("Horizon") for the partnership and most personal properties. I have a second property manager for a property held personally in another location ("Hammond")
Personal Stessa, S1, connects to Hammond, no problem. It connects to Horizon occasionally and will catch itself up from the last time it connected. It used to, but it no longer connects to Bank 1. I have to import transactions manually.
Partnership Stessa, S2, used to but no longer connects to Horizon. It also used to, but no longer connects to Bank 2.
I've had these accounts for the past 4ish years, and this is a relatively new issue within the past 9 months. I reached out to Stessa, and they told me the engineers are looking at it but have no timeline for resolving it. I've been manually entering everything, but it is getting to the point where I'm considering moving my books elsewhere.
Mainly, my question(s) is: Has anyone else experienced this? Have you been able to resolve it? If so, how?
