Maybe you have it set up differently but that would be unusual to say the least.

It would be very unusual for a condensation line blockage to cause problems this time of year here in Birmingham because it's been cold here lately...so nobody has their air on...and the unit doesn't produce condensation in heat mode.For a future preventative measure though, I would recommend you have an HVAC company install a pan underneath the unit in the attic (if there's not one there already) and attached to that pan, ask them to install a "float kill switch".

You may have already asked, but I would want to know from the listing agent why the last buyer backed out with an appraisal 30% over asking...seems a bit unusual.

Heck, there are many great videos on you tube that cover this.Unless you are talking about a very complex or unusual transaction or situation, not only would I expect virtually any RE attorney and CPS to do this, you should be able to learn enough to cover 95% of all transactions yourself very easily.

Also, the reason the online widgets probably aren't working for you, is probably because it is very unusual to find a property for under $100K.

Some places like San Francisco or Europe 1929 might be acceptable, here that is the rare exception.The other consideration here for a building that old, is that it is a building that old....so normally unusually small apartments and small closets and some features you just can't fix.I would really consider what your rental market is on that.

@Joyce Jackson, under Fair Housing laws, you are allowed to limit occupancy to 2 persons per bedroom (unless unusually large or unusually small) and not fear violating Fair Housing laws regarding ethnicities that culturally house more than two children in a bedroom and children under age 5 sleep in the marital bed.

Also would be interesting to consider it may be the costs of the repairs being unusually high.
