I would think that a notice with the addresses and legals of the two properties, including index numbers and such, attaching a certified copy of the name change order to each notice, should be sufficient if recorded against each property. 

Also, try to get two or more electrical boxes so the tenants pay their own as well as heating zones.

Because I live in a neighborhood that has no crime but it shows up as very high crime because we had two neighbors who would call the cops over each others dogs barking so it lit it up to show it as negative…

The two units would more than likely be empty.
