We live 3 hours away.A call to the local office of ReMax informed me that at least 10 other owners have called them about managing their properties because they are so disgusted with the service from the property mgmt side of Citrona homes.  

The Philly office has it down to a science, so I'm not surprised you had such a great experience.

I just got done an office renovation that we did a majority of work ourselves and it will always cost more and take longer than you anticipate lol!

I bought it for $100k and the appraisal came back at it being worth $210k but only worth $1000 a month in rent (the rental comps are nowhere near as nice as the house in my opinion and one of them is really a house converted to an office).

Since there are so many interior walls, one feels obligated to load each room with a bunch of furniture and tiny pieces of art that will fit on the tiny little walls. 

Today I met with Tim, he is my mentor/partner, he was my old office manager in MA, and he was the one who convinced me to get licensed in Both states.
