We would encourage them to share the good, bad, and ugly so you can gauge whether we are a good fit for your investment needs.While it's true that many of our clients haven't directly come from this platform, I'm excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community now as well.

Doing some research in 2-3 states and wondering what are the best areas in your state to look at properties for purchase that would encompass most of these:-Ability to get a few acres (don't need 100, but say 3-5)-Home that can come with land suitable for small hobby farm/homesteading type stuff (couple of horses, maybe small garden, etc.)

Based on my experience I would focus on Facebook rather than other social media platforms such as Instagram, but its worth the shot to try an connect people from Instagram. 

😊Unless you talk to a specific realtor, I'd start with the most popular online platforms.

I few platforms that might help...Breezeway, Turno, or Resort Cleaning.

Is there one that integrates smoothly with Yardi Breeze, or would it be better to switch to an all-in-one platform?

Just started reading about the crowdfunding platforms like fundrise and crowdstreet.

I started with nothing and aggressively saved for almost a year until I had 10k for a downpayment on a cheap house.Step 2: Join online platforms like BiggerPockets, Eventbrite, Meetup, and Facebook groups to connect with investors and get an idea of what kind of properties to look for as investments.Step 3: Use Zillow to find agents and communicate what you’re looking for.Step 4: Analyze at least 5 properties a day in your target market for six months to understand what it would take for you to make positive cashflow.Step 5 Get pre approved from a bank.

It's usually a good idea to look for rental properties that require little to no rehab because of the timeframe needed to get a property rent ready before marketing it to find suitable tenants.Hope this helps.
