Is there another career you'd prefer to have instead?

They have worked for me in the past with technology as I worked in the Silicon Valley my whole career before Real Estate.

I think the properties I was looking at were simply not suitable for the BRRR strategy like you mentioned.

It is not a super high earning career but without it I wouldn't be qualifying. 

She bought a house in San Jose and rented it to a couple of guys while she lived in San Francisco for her career.
