It's an odd symbiotic relationship that polite society doesn't want to acknowledge really exists.

After all, we live in a Capitalistic society.

That is actually walking with empathy, not simply talking about it.These things really speak to our society as a whole and I often wonder...is the person holding out their hand for a quarter or a morsel of food or the one outside of Home Depot looking for a daily wage for a hard day's work an annoyance/bothersome/distracting/intrusive too?

So the only way to live the way our society was built and envisioned was for them to buy a duplex, something they don't need or want or afford.

The issue really is one of a change in the way we operate as a society, but if society desires these changes then it needs to accept the consequences. 

It’s a lack of putting in hard work and dedication.We as a society don’t need to pander to the illogical fantasies of “younger generation” thier truth is not correct, Dave is correct.

Jimmy being Jimmy got on the phone and 30 minutes later found me to tell me that there was a meeting of the Society of Exchange Counselors in Las Vegas the next week and he had gotten him and I invited.  

Ben and I are going to form a mutual admiration society!)

Eventually, the "affordable" housing will slowly degrade, then attract only the worst of society.

Not saying it's right or wrong, just an observation of the nature of humans in a society if gone unchecked.
