Now it boasts one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in the state and a huge portion of the population lives at or below the poverty line (not going to quote stats here--look them up).

The duplex is thirty thousand and renovation about fifth teen thousand so about fifty thousand total.

I am also concerned that I may just have a woman's point of view, but in the end which sex is it that "falls in love" with a house...?
