When they cancelled the BP social event, combined with the resort closing early (9pm) to get employees home safely (both understandable) it created restaurant impacts.I had two different somewhat severe room issues.

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.

I am not talking about a quiet title action, but rather that after several years the change happened automatically. 

Student rental is easy, so ignore what's on market, really I could grab you 4/5 if want those no problem, several of the "old guard" are in process of retiring so that's a simple call.

Sounds like you work full-time in real estate and therefore should qualify as a Real Estate Professional - which was mentioned in several prior responses.However, you don't need to qualify for this status.
