Those are HIDEOUS, and no amount of paint can hide the bead board paneled doors or the doily trim pieces.I am curious what the outside looks like, because the inside screams 80s, and not hipster cool neon and fanny pack 80's cool.

Stuff that ends up on your to-do list while living there that doesn't scream necessary to do immediately, but as a renter they expect everything to be in excellent condition.

Right now in our market in Oregon if your able bodied and want to work there are hundreds of employers screaming for employees  paying bonus..

He's screaming and complaining, I'm laughing him off.6 days later I found a broker willing to loan, we go to table 45 days later.People do this stuff all the time.

The #1 complaint about my clients' previous brokers was that they had to go to lame sales meetings and stuff like that all of the time.One of my clients even had a broker scream at her because she had the audacity to take a call from a lead during a meeting.

Shockingly on my last visit there to monitor and wrap up the repipe work, the tenant stormed out of their house and curse me out and threaten to hit me very raw display of attitude, and I try to deescalate things down as it can probably been heard his screaming 4 houses down.  

From the photos there is nothing that screams out "replace/upgrade me". 

I see screaming deals there but hear the taxes are bad and rents are low.

I don't think there will be screaming deals like on 2011-13 but I was hoping for a modest discount off of 2019 prices.
