Renovations for Eventual Rental
Hey guys, I just bought a house in Vegas. I plan on living in the house for 1-2 years and then I plan on using this as a rental. Here are the pictures of the house. Are there any renovations that you would suggest? I want to get the maximum bang for the buck.
This is what I am considering:
- 1.Paint all the cabinets and add door handles. Any suggestions on paint color to match the floors?
- 2.Consider getting LVP floors. Do you think it is worth it? The master bedroom already has dark color floors. 3.What about the tile floors? should I just keep the tile floors?
- 4. Add a fan and some recessed lights in the living room?
- 5. Add a fan and recessed lights in the bedrooms?
- 6. Considering granite or quartz countertops. Any advice on how to save money?
Anything else?
