If you create your chart of accounts in an excel list you can basically download your banking in excel format and quickly classify transactions with consistency.From there you can sum each account and quickly run a profit and loss report.I like QuickBooks because as I grow my portfolio I have all the functions I need and I can run year over year reporting.

The differences between the two are as follows, a circuit breaker functions like a switch, each time the circuit it protects experiences an overload situation(too many appliances using the circuit simultaneously) the circuit breaker automatically switches to the tripped (off) position.

I could move into a property that looks like a good deal (either in SF or the Easy Bay) and secure an FHA for 3.5% down by virtue of living in the property as my primary, rent out additional rooms, and essentially function as the property manager.
